Pricing questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free is for a solo cleaner and never expires. It includes jobs, calendar, clients, properties, branded invoices, the payments ledger and team chat, up to the monthly job limit. There is no card on file and nothing to cancel.
What does the 14-day trial include?
Every new workspace starts with 14 days of Premium Plus, so you can try checklists with photo proof, contracts, forecasting and the rest before you decide. When the trial ends you pick a plan from Settings, or stay on Free.
How are jobs per month counted?
A job counts once when it is created, whether it is a one-off or part of a recurring schedule. The count resets on the first of each month. Jobs you have already booked are never removed if you reach the limit, you are simply asked to move up a plan before booking more.
Do I pay per cleaner?
No. Growing (£49/month) includes up to 10 users and Premium Plus has no user limit. Invite cleaners, managers and accountants within your plan at no extra cost per person.
What is photo storage?
Before-and-after photos cleaners take on checklists, plus any files attached to checklists, count towards your workspace storage. A typical phone photo is around 2 MB, so even the Growing allowance covers thousands of photos.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month, and your data stays exactly where it is.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown in GBP excluding VAT. VAT is added at the UK rate where applicable and shown on every invoice.
