Large facilities companies have schedulers, finance teams and compliance officers. A cleaning business with six staff has an owner, a phone and an evening of admin. Our mission is to close that gap: give small cleaning companies the same control over their work, money and people, without the overhead.

Our story

Started where the spreadsheets stopped working

Ezetu began with a simple observation. Cleaning companies were running serious operations on a mix of spreadsheets, paper invoices and WhatsApp groups, and the software on offer was built for large field-service firms abroad: priced per user, heavy to set up, and blind to the things UK cleaners deal with every week, from DBS checks and right-to-work to Airbnb turnovers.

So we built the dashboard we wished existed, starting with the three things every owner told us they struggled with: proving the clean, getting paid and keeping the team in sync. Everything since has come from the owners and cleaners who use it daily. Ezetu Limited is registered in England and Wales and based in Portsmouth.
